SELF-SOVEREIGN MODEL

Identity is not a username in someone else's database. Trusted entities issue credentials; users hold them in sovereign wallets; verifiers check math — not a central honeypot of personal data.

ISSUER · HOLDER · VERIFIER

The W3C triangle of trust — implemented with did:emp, Ed25519 proofs, and fail-closed verification on EmpoorioChain.

01Issuer

Signs trusted claims about you

02Holder

Controls keys & disclosure

03Verifier

Fail-closed check on-chain

VERIFIABLE CREDENTIALS

WHAT NEVER LEAVES YOUR CONTROL

Private keys stay in the wallet. Personal data stays off-chain. The blockchain stores only DIDs, public keys, hashes, and revocation state — the minimum needed for global trust without surveillance.

  • Issuer signs claims — cannot later deny the signature
  • Holder chooses which attributes to disclose per request
  • Verifier receives a binary result: cryptographically verified or not
